Elementary School Program

Think Kindness' elementary program is one of the most comprehensive character development programs available to schools at no-cost across the United States. Each challenge opens up with a martial arts performance with high flying kicks, backflips, and an enormous brick breaking routine by Think Kindness founder, Brian Williams.
At the end of the performance, Brian talks about how, "Kindness is the ultimate form of self-defense". He educates students how one seemingly simple act of kindness can truly make a difference in the world. However, rather than just talk the talk, Brian wants the students to walk it!
Brian challenges the entire student body and staff to document over 5,000 Random Acts of Kindness in a two week period! The entire school is given a two week supply of A.O.K journals. Each journal holds 10 spots for children to write down all their acts of kindness. Anything from opening a door, picking up a pen, or sharing a smile, nothing is too small for them to document. The school will also receive morning announcement CD's, posters, banners, and teachers will receive teacher packets that have kindness math, English, and art projects.
The challenge is a two week take over of the entire school. . . a kindness take over. Classroom versus classroom, school versus school - whom can make the biggest difference. The top school to date is Alyce Taylor elementary school, documenting over 12,000 acts of kindness in two weeks!
